1929 Ford Shay Model A Deluxe Roadster

We haver a super clean 1980 Shay Model A Deluxe Roadster Replicar just purchased from the 2nd owner who had owned since 1998. The car has just turned 7,000 actual miles. Shays were factory built & sold through select Ford franchised dealers to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Model A. It is equipped with the original 4 cylinder 2.3 liter engine with manual 4 speed transmission that were used in Ford’s popular Pinto. It has power steering, power brakes, independant front supsension with coil over shock absorbers for obtaining safe Interstate Highway speeds.

Deluxe model with the 2 side mounted wide white wall spare tires with chrome mirrors mounted on top. It has a black convertible top with side curtains that have an opening to toss out change at toll booths, etc., chrome wire wheel spokes & center caps. It also has spare tire covers (not pictured), dual Ah-ooh-gah horns, 2 piece front & rear chrome bumpers, side cowl lamps, quail hood ornament, folding front windshield, fold out rumble seat, side wind deflectors, back up light, dual tail lamps, twin electric wipers with windshield washer, alluminum step plates on running boards, 2 piece metal hood, full set of seat belts even in the rumble seat, auxilliary power outlet for your GPS or cigarette lighter, & chrome luggage rack with wood strips.
