Top of the marquee 1950 4-door Studebaker Land Cruiser with Rest-O-Mod conversion. Exterior paint finished in Hunter Green complemented by a Gray fabric interior.

Just finishing up a 2 year ground up restoration from a nice original example. Under the hood lurks a brand new Mr. Goodwrench Chevrolet 350 C.I. crate engine attached to a Turbo 350 3-speed automatic transmission. Vintage Air was then added for additional driving comfort.

Paint, chrome, stainless trim, glass, suspension, steering, & brakes have all been completely refurbished along with a complete new interior refurbishment which includes seats, door panels, headliner, & carpets. The trunk compartment has also been completely refurbished & lined with new carpet. Were just waiting for a new steering wheel replacement that is on order from a Studebaker vendor to complete the interior. The car sits stout thanks to a brand new set of Wide White Wall tires that adorns the factory deluxe chrome wheel covers.

Pardon the photos taken in a dark warehouse & dust on the car but I wanted to get the car posted to the web site right away for the Studebaker collector out there who might be looking to add a unique car to their collection. Additional photos will soon be taken outside with the car fully detailed & posted shortly.

If you like the look of original, but like the performance & dependability of a modern day engine with automatic transmission, along with the comfort of a modern air conditioner, this just may be the car you have been longing for. Car is currently located at restoration shop in Nashville, (South) Georgia.

Please call my office toll free @ 866-297-2331 for additional information & to schedule an appointment to view.
Pay attention & don’t be caught sleeping. This is the deal that you dream about finding. Just arrived 6/18/2012. Complete photos posted shortly but I wanted to get it posted to website so the right person looking for a great deal knows it is for sale @ a stupid low price; but not for long if I decide to do the remaining work needed to complete the restoration.

I just purchased car from an elderly gentleman who lives in nearby Brunswick, GA. He had slowly been restoring in his spare time but recently became unable to finish due to declining health issues. Car has been 90% restored but still needs just a couple of body & interior items installed to complete restoration along with a good engine bay detailing & undercarriage detailing of the work recently completed. Previous owner stated to me he had over $24K invested. It has some custom touches he chose to have which include ‘67 rear quarters, a billet style grille, shaved door handles with remote control key fob door actuators, elimination of some exterior trim pieces which include insignias, lettering, rocker panel moldings. He also chose to have cloth inserts installed on the seat upholstery.

Exterior paint finished in Red with a matching Red interior with Black carpet & dashboard complemented with a White convertible top.

It features the original # matching C Code 302 C.I. V8 engine with chrome valve covers, air cleaner, & oil pan. It has an automatic C4 transmission. It is equipped with both power steering & power top option.

The following expensive & hard work has been already completed & installed:

* Rebuilt engine & transmission with less than 25 miles
* New dual exhaust system
* New premium quality exterior paint finish
* New convertible top & weather-stripping with glass window & brand new top boot
* New rear quarters
* New floor boards
* New seat upholstery & carpet
* New shocks front & rear New RWL radial tires (less than 25 miles)
* New Crager 5 spoke 15” chrome wheels
* New brakes shoes, wheel cylinders, drums turned, all new brake lines, & hoses
* New fuel tank & fuel lines
* New windows felts & window weather-stripping
* New remote control door actuators that pop open doors with a push of key fob button (they work great)
* New trunk mat
* New battery, tray, & hold down hardware
* New dash pad

The following parts are brand new & present with the car. They have not been installed:

* Door & trunk seals
* Driver & passenger side mirrors
* Billet style front grille
* LH / RH grille opening moldings
* Door panels
* Window cranks & knobs
* Fuel door gas cap assy
* Speedometer cable assy
* Misc. fasteners

The following parts are not present with car & still needs to be purchased:

* Back up lights
* Radio antenna
* Windshield wiper arms
* Sun visors (new chrome visor swivel arms installed)

This car runs & drives like new but still needs the headlights, turn signals, horn hooked up, & back up lights installed. It has a great sounding dual exhaust system attributed to a new set of old style glass pack mufflers. It sits right, looks old school cool with the 5-spoke Cragers, has a great fitting brand new convertible top with glass window, & a quality paint job. The door jams & inside door panels have all been painted & finished correctly. The body is straight & there are no dings or scratches in the paint.

I’m contemplating finishing the car as needed but still undecided; therefore I will currently discount the car in it’s present state of completion. I will decide in the next couple of days if I should complete myself the items still needing finishing. If that happens, the price will go up accordingly. Here is your chance to own a 90% restored Mustang convertible for way under market value. All the hard work & expense has already been completed. I have left thousands on the table for the right guy who can do the final touches needed to complete the restoration. If you think you want, don’t hesitate to call m

All the chrome has been re-plated, stainless trim polished, paint finished to a high gloss finish. The interior has been completely replaced to look like the day it came out of the showroom.

Exterior paint finish in Hunter Green with White front & rear bumpers complemented by a Black vinyl seat interior.

Just aquired from an 86 year old man who bought it 35 years ago in Miami, FL. He is a retired horse trainer that used the truck to haul hay & riding tackle to & from the stables. Odometer shows 70,000 miles believed to be acurate. He since retired & moved to the Carolinas where it’s been garage kept. The engine was overhauled earlier this year & driven less then 100 miles. It has a new set of Goodyear Wrangler RWL radial truck tires. Brakes are sharp & steering is tight. It runs & drives very good & would make the ideal father & son restoration project. The undercarriage is solid.. The body needs some rust repair in the cab corners (quite common for these trucks). It has a steel bed which is solid & a replacement Ford script tailgate. The vinyl seat & headliner are in good condition.

Features include:

* Original 223 C.I. 6 cylinder engine
* 3-speed manual transmission
* Am radio
* Driver & passenger side mirrors
* Goodyear Wrangler RWL radial truck tires
* Front & rear bumpers
* Ford script tailgate
* Turn signals
* Trailer hitch

If you are looking for a project or just want a classic Ford F100 flareside short bed pick up to drive now & restore later, we have the perfect truck waiting for you.
